We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Marketing Specialist. This role will report to the Executive Manager, Customer Marketing.
A bit about your role
As a Marketing Specialist at nbn, you will help shape the strategic direction of our marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving customer growth, retention, and acquisition. You will work closely with the Executive Manager Customer Marketing, and support the team by managing briefs from product, uncovering insights, and contributing to the development of data-informed campaign strategies.
This is a collaborative role that involves coordinating across teams and bringing together diverse inputs to help craft impactful marketing responses. While you won’t manage an individual portfolio, your work will influence multiple initiatives, helping to prioritise and deliver campaigns that align with nbn’s broader business goals.
A bit about you
You are a curious and energetic marketer with demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment - whether that is within an agency, a startup, or a large matrix organisation. Your expertise will ideally be in product marketing, integrated campaigns, or communications.
You bring a thoughtful and analytical mindset to your work and are comfortable navigating complexity. You are excited by emerging trends such as AI in marketing, often drawing inspiration from thought leaders in this space. You thrive in collaborative settings, are confident working with senior stakeholders, and enjoy contributing to strategic planning conversations.
