We now have an excellent opportunity for a Media Data Analyst to join our team on a Part-time basis for a 6-month contract (with view to extension). This will require on average 17hrs per week with some fluctuation.

The role:

As the Media Data Analyst you will play a key role transforming data into real-time insights to optimise our client’s CX and marketing efforts including performance, audience segmentation, targeting, and customer journey understanding. 

We require a Consultant with the following technical capabilities:

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and other digital or CX analytics tools e.g. Contentsquare, Google Consent Mode, Adobe Analytics, Launch or Edge Network.
  • Familiarity of CDP and CRM platform automation e.g. Tealium, Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation skills e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI or Datorama.
  • Proficient API integration skills between platforms.

Core responsibilities:

  • Deliver dashboard driven reporting and insight presentations to stakeholders
  • Using data-driven insights, optimise marketing campaigns and recommend improvements
  • Daily communications on task & expectation management.
  • Communication with client on data requirements and architectural process.
  • Strategic thought leadership in data driven insights.
  • Facilitating strong working relationships with client’s mature data and AI teams

A bit about you:

  • Experience in media analytics, digital marketing analytics, or data science within a media organization.
  • Proven track record of experience with digital analytics tools, tagging and tracking, programmatic advertising, digital marketing platforms, formats, and analysis of performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels including social, programmatic, search, and video
  • Proven ability to understand the client’s infrastructure for aggregation of data in the agency’s cleanroom data warehouse environment
  • A test and learn mentality with risk analysis application
  • Proficiency in the following tech: Google suite, Adobe suite, Tealium suite, Python, R, SQL skills, CSS, HTML, Javascript skills
