What you bring

You bring 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience, with practical experience in: 

  • Modern .NET / C# and building maintainable backend services 
  • Designing and building Web APIs 
  • JavaScript or TypeScript in modern web applications 


How you work

You’re comfortable owning well-defined problems and collaborating with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. You write clean, reliable code and value testing and maintainable software practices. 

You’re growing in confidence when making technical decisions and weighing trade-offs across speed, quality, and maintainability. You use modern development workflows, including AI-assisted engineering tools, to improve productivity and quality 

Nice to have 

Bonus points if you have experience with: 

  • Vue in production 
  • AWS or other cloud platforms 
  • CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices 
  • Working in Agile teams and contributing to technical discussions 


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality features and improvements 
  • Work closely with Product and Design to solve meaningful customer problems 
  • Write maintainable code and automated tests 
  • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute ideas 
  • Provide constructive feedback through pull requests and collaboration 
  • Continuously improve your technical skills and engineering practices 
  • Support the practical use of Lean and Agile principles in software delivery
