About the role .
As the National MEU Customer Manager - Foodservice, you will be responsible for managing national and key major end user customers-driving acceptance and growth of McCain Foodservice products at National, State, and Store levels. Your focus will be on building strong business partnerships and ensuring the sales team supports all agreed activities, promotions, and targets. Securing MEU customer contracts and maintaining McCain's position as "First Choice" in the Australia Foodservice marketplace are central objectives.

About the role .
As the National MEU Customer Manager - Foodservice, you will be responsible for managing national and key major end user customers-driving acceptance and growth of McCain Foodservice products at National, State, and Store levels. What you'll be doing.
- Manage major end user customers, ensuring Sales performance, management, and budget achievement.
- Develop strategic business plans for assigned customers and drive execution.
- Oversee the acceptance and launch of new and existing McCain products to build market share and presence.
- Regularly monitor MEU customer targets, claims, and growth incentives.
- Provide accurate feedback on industry trends and competitor activity to leadership.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Set strategy and direction for MEU customers in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports, quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Ensure customers are updated on supply, pricing, product codes, and disruptions.
- Manage customer claims and contracts, resolving issues in a timely manner.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Foodservice industry, including managing National Customers.
- Proven track record in achieving business results with major customers.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and capability to understand financial equations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyse business processes to highlight key results and develop improvement plans.
- Understanding of MEU and Distributor dynamics at all Foodservice industry levels.
- Experience with strategy-setting in sales functions.
- Degree qualification in business preferred.
- Basic understanding of FMCG Manufacturing.
