Your Mission:
We want to make real estate professionals' lives easier by helping them get the most out of the PropertyMe platform. You'll ensure Property Managers, Agents, and Teams can spend less time on admin and more time on meaningful conversations that help people find their dream home. Your role will be to onboard new customers across our full suite of products, guide them through the platform, and empower them to work smarter, not harder.
What You Bring:
A team player with a warm and welcoming approach to both customers and team members. A people person who thrives on being challenged and can keep their cool under pressure. Next-level organisation and efficiency with an acute eye for detail.
You will need Real Estate or Proptech industry experience to empathise and instil confidence in your excited, nervous, time-poor customers and understand their unique learning needs to customise a training plan that best supports them across our various product suites. You will do this by helping them streamline workflows, manage contacts, and maximise their productivity, however they choose to use the platform. Processes, checklists, and an amazing team of dedicated professionals who genuinely love to welcome and onboard new clients will support you. You'll also need to love your numbers, your skill and expertise will help determine our customers' success and PropertyMe's reputation for excellent customer service.
This role will:

  • Initiate onboarding and training plans tailored to each customer's product mix and needs
  • Check-in calls throughout the onboarding journey to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Create conversion balances
  • Responding to support tickets
  • Phone and Zoom support
  • Data migration support and troubleshooting across multiple products
  • Coordinate and support data transfers
  • Assist clients with receipting/reconciling their accounts
  • Ensure clients are responded to within agreed SLAs
  • Assist the Onboarding and Data Service team as required
  • Confidently navigate through internally used programs such as Slack, Trello, Zoom, Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Gather website requirements and coordinate with the website team
  • Assist the website team as required
