- Leader of the HSP organization to achieve business objectives by setting goals, executing initiatives, evaluating results and developing team members
- Belonging to non-sales commercial, provide educational and scientific content to prescribing HCPs (including potential prescribers, "Customers") to impact on value co-creation for patients and society.
- Enhance Customers' experience with more channels and proactive SME connections.
- Drive deeper exploration of Customers' needs in areas of mutual interest.
- Demand Generation: Ensure that team members conduct activities in compliance with the "Guidelines for Ethical Drug Marketing Information Provision Activities" issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) and manage team members so that they can achieve their performance responsibilities (e.g., KB target achievement) for the products they are responsible for in their assigned area (prefecture/area level).

- Develop and provide guidance for team members to become a state-of-art Health Solution Partner to HCOs and top tier HCPs.
- Lead and support team members to create new innovative go-to-market model and customer facing model
- Encourage team members to proactively collaborate and share knowledge for the growth of themselves and organization
- Build strong Health Solution Partner team by developing team members to accelerate the PDCA cycle, create values for Customers and achieve the business objectives
- Drive and gain approval from business leaders about deeper engagement on educational & scientific content with Customers.
- Connection with SMEs: Lead to streamline Customer interface by acting as single point of contact for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs (including Medical Affairs) and resources.
- Develop and lead team members to onboarding Customers to new operating model platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal).
- Educate team members to be knowledgeable of Customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal Customer experience through relevant content selection.
- Develop local guidance of related stakeholders and manage team members to conduct activities in compliance with the MHLW Guidelines for Prescription Drug Sales Information Activities.
- Guide team members to support attainment of improved patient outcomes through Customer education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise.
- Guide team members to improve service provided along with design expertise.
- Provide support for team members to develop skills to effectively engage with Customers in creating awareness about patient access and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education on diagnosis, reimbursement, and external bureaucracy.
- Develop strategy and ensure the budget for Pfizer speaker programs to deliver educational and scientific contents through the peer-to-peer channel.
- Strengthen relationship with opinion leaders, medical community leaders, HCPs or other specialists for consultancies beyond the extent necessary for performing the above activities and support team members in building and maintaining these relationships
- Promote to liaise with academic societies for Pfizer external funding (e.g., sponsorships).
Desired Skill Set
- Experience and Background
- Preferable to have 5 or more years of experiences in Sales or equivalent selling experiences
- More than 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial experience with Marketing, and/or customer-facing management is preferred
- Competency Required

- Analytical ability to identify key issues
- Ability to build culture which have high level engagement and integrity is required
