Reporting to the Country Head P&O, you will work with a dedicated team that takes pride in making a difference.As a P&O People Partner, your primary role will be to guide your dedicated client groups in all aspects of lifecycle events. These include, but are not limited to, management, learning, employee relations, rewards, and performance management. Additionally, you will also be responsible for coordinating P&O change initiatives at the country level.
Job Description
Providing expert advice and operational support in areas such as Employee Life Cycle Management and rewards and incentives implementation
Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in every facet, assisting in the representation of all genders, LGBTI, maintaining pay equity
Managing the process for internal movement offers and employee mobility
Facilitating the use of data and analytics to drive business decisions and risk management
Acting as the primary point of escalation for all leaders and managers on their daily P&O topics, offering crucial guidance, advice, and support
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Prior experience in a P&O-related role (either in a coordination or generalist capacity)
Ability to leverage data for business insights, meet service delivery levels within defined SLAs, and comply with global regulations
Experience with Workday will be viewed favourably
