Job Description

As a Partnership Manager supporting Aware Super, you’ll be at the heart of managing TAL’s relationships with key clients. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality services in line with our agreements and commitments, making a real difference for our partners and their members. You’ll take ownership of operational and strategic account plans, keep communication flowing between TAL and our partners, and coordinate activities to ensure we meet our commitments.

In this role you will: 

  • Identify, assess and deliver strategic initiatives to grow the partnership in line with agreed business plans
  • Support TAL and the partner with legislative change and advocating to the industry
  • Work with the partner to implement new propositions, member engagement on insurance and digital solutions
  • Deliver excellent service through oversight of insightful reporting, and act as escalation point for service escalations
  • Identify, manage and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery to partner expectations
  • Lead discussions on product design change

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, collaboration and negotiation/influencing capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in the Superannuation industry, alongside familiarity with the Group Life Insurance industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and comprehensive understanding of group insurance pricing and products
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
