About the role

As our Partnerships Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth through MYOB’s Strategic Partnerships channel. Sitting within our Acquisition team, you’ll work closely with external partners and internal sales teams to design and deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth.

This role is all about bringing your marketing expertise to help partners unlock opportunities, shape their MYOB marketing strategies, and deliver high-impact campaigns across their channels. In this fast-paced, externally facing role, you'll build strong relationships and turn commercial opportunities into successful partnership campaigns.

    What will keep you busy...
  • Develop and implement go-to-market and marketing strategies across key strategic partners to drive acquisition, engagement and revenue growth
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, understanding their audiences and objectives to shape effective joint marketing plans
  • Design and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns across partner channels, including messaging, targeting, and performance measurement
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on commercial goals, supporting joint planning, activation and ongoing partner success
  • Create and deliver campaign assets, content and messaging for strategic partners, working independently and with Design teams to bring campaigns and co-marketing initiatives to life
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise activity to improve value, conversion and overall commercial outcomes
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and contribute to the evolution of scalable channel marketing strategies

    What we'd love to see from you...
  • Ideally, experience in partnership marketing, with relevant experience in channel marketing, alliance marketing or integrated marketing also highly regarded
  • Proven ability to design and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders including Partnerships Sales, Product Marketing, Design and external partners to deliver successful go-to-market initiatives
  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on, proactive and comfortable driving initiatives through to execution
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience aligning marketing activity to acquisition, growth or revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships, present ideas and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, dedicated approach with the confidence to contribute ideas, find opportunities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
