Your Team
The Payment Services- Analyst role reports to the Senior Manager, Payroll & Payment Services. CFS Payment Services is part of CFS’s Finance & Fund Services Business Unit which is accountable for CFS to achieve its strategic financial objectives.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to grow with a supportive team, contribute to process enhancements, and play a critical role in the ongoing success of CFS Payment Services.
Your Responsibilities
This role works in a small team accountable for delivering strong customer service to CFS employees, internal teams and third-party suppliers/stakeholders. You will have a can-do approach to problem solving and continuous improvement mindset. You require high attention to detail and an exceptional customer service ethos providing timely responses to queries. A key aspect of this role is enhancing the customer experience. By promptly resolving queries and addressing issues, the Analyst minimises customer frustration and significantly boosts customer services satisfaction levels.
You will be involved in:
- Timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable (AP) deliverables and proactively managed aged AP/Creditors. This will include managing/monitoring the accounts payable email inbox, validating invoices against PO’s and reconciling supplier statements.
- Timely and accurate processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) Deliverables and proactively manage aged AR/Debtors.
- Support with corporate card management such as administering the Corporate Card Management (CCM) portal.
- Ensure timely response to business and supplier enquiries
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate processes where possible
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable function.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
- Ability to use multiple systems and understand complex information.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to investigate issues and find solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify areas of risk and support the implementation of effective controls.
- Strong dedication to continuous improvement through the streamlining of processes or automation.
- Oracle ERP experience.
