The opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant to support two of our General Managers within the People function supporting the AUSPAC division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to the success of the organisation, and play a key role in ensuring the GMs effectiveness and efficiency.

Your new role

As a Personal Assistant you enjoy working in a fast-paced, complex environment. Working as a Personal Assistant you will provide secretarial and administrative support to two General Managers and their teams in the People function. You will perform a variety of complex, highly responsible, sensitive, and confidential office and administrative support tasks. No two days are the same and we are seeking someone who can bring their coordination and forward-thinking mindset to the role.

About you

You will be a highly organised and proactive person, who has experience working with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to juggle a diverse and fast paced workload. You will work as part of a tightly knit team to deliver a seamless experience.

If you have the capability to work backwards and can pre-empt what’s next, then this is the role for you!

Other key attributes that will see you succeed in this role:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise, and exercise discretion
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work with ability to liaise at an executive level and work under pressure
  • Strong levels of ownership and accountability, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high performance standards.
