The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Senior Planner - Product Lifecycle to join our growing Supply Chain team, supporting product lifecycle planning across Australia.

This is a senior planning role focused on how products are launched, managed and phased out across their lifecycle. You’ll work across Supply, Demand and Marketing to coordinate lifecycle planning activity, align stakeholders and ensure decisions are made with a clear view of inventory, demand and business impact.

Rather than day-to-day execution, this role is about enabling and improving how planning happens - bringing structure, visibility and accountability to key lifecycle decisions that directly impact cost, inventory and product availability.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate lifecycle planning across product launches, transitions and phase-outs
  • Facilitate monthly planning forums to align Supply, Demand and Marketing inputs
  • Ensure lifecycle plans reflect inventory positions, demand signals and business priorities
  • Support go-to-market readiness from a supply chain perspective
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify risks, gaps and opportunities across the portfolio
  • Contribute to improved planning processes across launch and phase-out activities
  • Use data and insights to support planning decisions and stakeholder alignment
  • Support integration into the broader business planning cadence

What you’ll bring

Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain planning (supply, demand or inventory planning)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Experience working with data to support planning decisions and influence outcomes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or operations

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a similar industry
  • Exposure to product lifecycle, go-to-market or new product introduction planning
  • Experience working in cross-functional planning processes (e.g. IBP/S&OP)
  • Experience using ERP systems and planning tools
  • Advanced Excel and/or exposure to BI dashboards

What we offer

  • Competitive salary with access to employee benefits and performance-based bonus
  • A role that directly influences product strategy, inventory outcomes and business performance
  • Ongoing training, coaching and career development opportunities
  • Paid parental leave, wellbeing and volunteer days
  • Access to health, financial wellbeing and insurance programs

If you’re looking to step into a broader, more strategic planning role where you can influence how products are launched and managed across their lifecycle, apply today.
