Portfolio Co-ordinator

Help power the operational engine behind our Professional Services team!

We’re looking for a detail driven, people centred Portfolio Coordinator to support our Senior Manager Operations and keep our delivery portfolio running smoothly. If you love organising chaos, partnering with brilliant humans, and driving operational excellence — this one’s for you.

On a day to day, you’ll be supporting project teams across portfolio management, workforce planning, project hygiene and financial optimisation. You’ll help ensure we stay operationally sharp, commercially sound, and truly connected as a delivery community.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain project + portfolio health, financials and RAG reporting.
• Analyse budgets, forecasts and profitability to guide corrective actions.
• Support invoicing accuracy and timesheet compliance.
• Manage resource planning, utilisation and demand/supply alignment.
• Set up and maintain Workday project data, plans and budgets.
• Drive project hygiene and close out processes.
• Support tool improvements, reporting and process optimisation.

What you’ll bring

• 5 years in PMO, delivery operations or portfolio coordination.
• Strong analytical skills + high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and keep teams aligned.
• A proactive mindset and love for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in fast-paced work environments.
