Your Team

The Technology Transformation & Operations team at CFS drives operational excellence, transformation, and scalable technology across the organisation. The Power Platform Engineer supports these priorities by delivering automation and AI-enabled solutions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Automation and AI, the role collaborates with business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance functions to implement enterprise-wide solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy workflow automations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
  • Design and develop AI-enabled solutions, including custom components using Python where needed
  • Create AI agents that can autonomously perform tasks and interact with users via chat, notifications, and actions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation/AI opportunities
  • Support end-to-end delivery including prototyping, testing, deployment, and optimisation
  • Maintain and continuously improve AI solutions, platforms, and post-deployment operations
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong experience with enterprise platforms, process automation, and integrations across business systems
  • Solid understanding of emerging technologies including generative AI, machine learning, and automation
  • Ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across diverse teams

Desirable

  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience building AI agents, automations, or integrations using Python and API-based architectures
  • Exposure to enterprise data, analytics, or platforms such as Databricks, Dynamics 365, or similar
