By providing you with the opportunity to take on responsibility, gain insights into our company, and participate in real life projects, we’ll give wiiings to your career. 

The Program is designed to take place in a specific team within our On Premise Marketing Department. You can dive in below for more insights into the available positions within the department. We’ll ask you about your preferred area for your graduate program during the course of your application; however, we may recommend you for a different department.

On Premise is where Red Bull was born. It’s the world of hospitality and entertainment, where consumers purchase and enjoy Red Bull on-site. From iconic music festivals and major sporting events to bars, restaurants, hotels, cafés and nightclubs, our team brings the brand to life in the places people socialise, celebrate and create unforgettable memories.

As the On Premise Marketing Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of premium, engaging and consistent marketing initiatives across venues and events nationwide. Working closely with the On Premise Consumer Marketing Manager, you will contribute to large-scale national projects, On Premise events and key marketing pillars including Occasions, Local Moments and Portfolio activation.

Job Description

LIVING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE

  • Embody and champion the Red Bull culture, building strong connections and brand advocates.
  • Act as a passionate brand ambassador internally and externally.
  • Maintain premium brand standards across all activations and consumer touchpoints.
  • Promote a safety-first culture by adhering to WHS requirements and proactively managing risks.

SUPPORT DRIVING IMPACT AT RED BULL ON PREMISE EVENTS

  • Support the planning and delivery of On Premise events, ensuring impactful activations are executed on time, on budget, and in line with brand objectives.
  • Assist in executing festival and event strategies to maximise consumer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance event impact through strategic partnerships and value-in-kind support.
  • Support post-event reporting, capturing key insights, learnings, and performance outcomes.

DRIVE CONSUMER IMPACT ACROSS BROADER MARKETING ACTIVITY AND PROJECT TEAMS

  • Support the delivery of consumer-first marketing initiatives across key occasions, partnering with On Premise, Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing teams.
  • Champion best-in-class On Premise execution across Red Bull events and activations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams, ensuring On Premise marketing strategies are effectively integrated into key initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and delivering hospitality experiences and event extensions that align with On Premise objectives and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with customer partners on digital marketing initiatives to enhance consumer engagement and amplify brand impact.

SUPPORT EMBEDDING A CONSUMER MARKETING MINDSET ACROSS THE NATIONAL ON PREMISE TEAM

  • Support the development of conference content and presentations, sharing insights, learnings, and best practice examples with Field Teams.
  • Provide ongoing ad-hoc support to help upskill teams in delivering effective consumer marketing activations across national, local, occasion-based, and micro-moment opportunities.
  • Actively participate in meetings to maintain collaboration with Sales team and drive a unified approach.
  • Contribute to the On Premise Hub by sharing updates, successes, and key consumer marketing initiatives.
  • Support financial administration processes, including purchase order creation and invoice processing.

BROADER ON PREMISE MARKETING

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Support special projects and initiatives across the broader On Premise Marketing team.
  • Develop knowledge of Red Bull trade marketing standards, consumer journeys, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, and you're able to work full time by January 2027.

You may have developed prior work experience through internships or other positions, and your pursuits are consistently driven by passion.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" attitude when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our Graduate Program in Australia, along with long-term working rights (permanent residency or AU/NZ citizenship).
