About the role
hipages is going all-in on an AI-driven product model, and you'll own the AI platform that makes it possible. You'll lead our AI infrastructure and Front-End Core teams, setting the guardrails every product team builds on, and proving it out on our biggest re-platform so far.

How you will add value
- Own the strategy and roadmap for hipages' AI infrastructure layer, such as agent harness, context architecture, evaluation tooling, and institutional knowledge systems.
- Define the patterns and guardrails that other product teams plug into for AI work, holding the quality bar across memory, context, prompt structure and evaluation.
- Unify app logic across our Homeowner and Business apps, and drive consolidation to a single CMS on our unified design system.
- Embed automated quality gates across CI/CD and drive adoption of E2E testing, delivering faster, more reliable releases.
- Link performance metrics to business KPIs, building observability, performance budgets and app health metrics tied to real outcomes.
- Build machine-readable, AI-ready front-end architecture and champion our Toolbox AI Native Design System and MCP server.
About you
- 8+ years in Product Management, including cross-functional teams shipping production software in SaaS, marketplaces or B2C digital environments.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, with critical thinking under ambiguity.
- A systems thinker who considers the wider ecosystem, dependencies and long-term consequences, rather than just individual components.
- Data-informed, you build evaluation into delivery rather than treating it as an afterthought.
- A track record with AI in a real production environment, such as agent tooling, prompt and evaluation systems, or data source connections.
- Technically credible enough to hold your own with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
- Highly desirable: experience with legacy decoupling/replatforming, mobile and front-end product work (React Native a plus), or large-scale CMS migrations (Storyblok or similar).
