Job Description

As a Procedure Specialist at GROW, you will: 

• Identify and implement improvements that will enable your team to operate effectively and efficiently

• Partner with authenticity, role modeling our values to inspire with passion 

• Function as a confidant and strategic business advisor for your leader

• Role model a commitment to continually evolving our risk culture as a differentiator for our people and clients

• Own and manage any GROW spend with full fiscal responsibility

• Proactively continue to learn and develop as a specialist

Qualifications

At GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper. However, to be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for:

• Exceptional written skills developing Standard Operating Procedures for technical processes in the Superannuation Administration industry

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills 

• Experience across Superannuation Administration SOPs, systems and funds

• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to analyse information and write accurate step by step procedures

• Strong time management, critical thinking and communication skills
