Product Manager I

What will you be doing? 

• Develop expertise in the product(s) represented in your domain area

• Assist with gathering product requirements and use cases from internal and external stakeholders 

• Assist with documentation of requirements and use cases

• Participate in bug triage and scrum meetings

• Support and adhere to the SDLC processes

• Learn how to create solutions leveraging our low-code/no-code configuration solution (Opus Solution Environment)

• Partner with decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver products to market and help our customers achieve the desired business value

• Partner with internal teams (Product Management, User Experience, Technical Communications, Services, Support, Engineering, Architecture) to ensure coordination and alignment leveraging all necessary parties to ensure our success

• Learn TraceLink products, business processes, methodology & ecosystem that drive effective programs

• Proactively build and expand business relationships that enable better product quality,  time to delivery and customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for 

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a product manager with cloud-based applications

• Supply Chain knowledge – Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CPO), Wholesaler/Distributor, 3rdParty Logistics (3PL), Pharmaceutical Dispensers (retail/hospital) and compliance

What will help you in this role...

• Technical degree (engineering and/or computer science)

• Working knowledge of GXP for the life sciences industry

• Working knowledge of agile software development lifecycle

• Working knowledge Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence)
