About Brighte

Our mission is to make consumer energy resources (CER) affordable and accessible for everyone.
Brighte is building the platform to enable and accelerate the energy transition by making it affordable, easy and less risky to buy and sell energy equipment.

Our founder and CEO, Katherine McConnell, has been awarded Telstra Businesswoman of the year in 2020 as well as winning the Sustainability Crusader award at B&T's 2023 Women Leading Tech Awards. She is a passionate and humble leader who has a human first approach to business.

As a business in 2025, we have been named a AFR Sustainability Leader within the Banking and Finance category and won the inaugural Sustainability Award at the Affies in 2024!

About the Role

As Product Manager, Enterprise & Partners, you'll own the strategy and execution for Brighte's enterprise partner ecosystem across corporate and government segments. You'll drive marketplace growth where partner customers connect with renewable energy installers and retailers while building the long-term product vision for how Brighte delivers greater value to partners and their customers. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, commercial, and customer experience. You'll need to think strategically and ship decisively.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Brighte's enterprise, government, and partner channel — aligning with broader business objectives and balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery

  • Identify and size opportunities to deepen the value Brighte delivers to partners, moving beyond transactional connections to become embedded in their customer experience

  • Own the conversion funnel for partner-referred customers through Brighte's marketplace using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to close gaps and improve activation

  • Develop a deep understanding of partner and customer goals through research, interviews, and usability testing building personas that inform prioritisation and product direction

  • Work closely with engineering and design to set clear goals, write sharp briefs, and make priority calls that balance partner needs, customer experience, and business outcomes

  • Serve as the connective tissue between enterprise commercial, product design, growth marketing, and engineering  ensuring alignment on priorities and progress

  • Define, monitor, and report on key metrics for marketplace performance and partner product health using data to drive continuous improvement and provide stakeholders with clear visibility

What You'll Bring

    • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing technology or marketplace company.

    • Demonstrated experience in channel partner or B2B2C product management. You understand the dynamics of building products that serve both an enterprise partner and their end customers simultaneously.

    • Experience with marketplace or platform products and a strong grasp of conversion optimisation, funnel analysis, and experimentation.

    • Experience working in fintech, energy, or another regulated industry is highly regarded but not essential.

    • Goal-oriented. You translate product objectives into specific metrics and build your roadmap around moving them.

    • A self-starter who can influence without authority and drive alignment across commercial, technical, and design functions.

    • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes.

    • Strong ability to prioritise ruthlessly, balancing customer needs, partner expectations, and business priorities across a 12+ month horizon.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where things move quickly and ambiguity is the norm.

What's in it for you?

  • Flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs and a hybrid work model. Our office is designed for collaboration, creativity and balance between office engagement and remote flexibility. Our in-office days are Monday through Thursday (4 days), with Friday as a remote day.
  • Free lunch! Yes, there is such a thing! Kickstart your week with our Monday Mingle meaning lunch on us and great company. From tacos, to sushi, to charcoal chicken, it's a delicious way to catch up, unwind and connect.
  • Get social. We host a range of social activities at Brighte. A fan-favorite being our weekly Thursday social event, where you can catch up with colleagues over a drink, snack and a game of table tennis.
  • We want our employees to share in Brighte’s success. You will be given an opportunity to join our Employee Share Option Plans (ESOP).
  • Snacks galore – who doesn’t love that? Our thoughtfully stocked pantry includes snacks to suit your every mood. Fresh bread, protein bars, popcorn, fresh fruit, chocolate, soy crisps, cookies – you name it! We also offer a carefully curated collection of wines and beer on tap for those looking to unwind or enjoy a social moment.
  • End-of-trip facilities. Cycle in to work, lock up your wheels and have a shower in our end-of-trip facilities, which come complete with towel service and hair dryers.
  • Anniversary leave - your dedication at Brighte won’t go unnoticed. Enjoy an extra day to celebrate your work anniversary with us.

At Brighte, diversity isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we live every day. We believe that innovation thrives when people feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work. Our inclusive culture is built on respect, collaboration, and the celebration of individuality.
