As a Product Manager, you will have a meaningful role in guiding our content roadmap and strategic direction, especially for our Class 3 Australian and New Zealand business lines. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the content roadmap for Australian and New Zealand portfolios.
  • Collaborate with creative studios to address challenges and uncover market opportunities.
  • Build requirements to ensure all games meet our strategic goals.
  • Focus on ensuring product portfolio specs and technical dependencies are understood and tracked.
  • Solve problems daily, aligning with our business strategies and values to ensure market-leading games.
  • Undertake research to equip development teams with market insights.
  • Communicate sensitive information to different audiences effectively.
  • Simplify technical language for various audiences, with a proven ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Prioritize new feature development and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Think long-term by planning out 2+ years in advance.
  • Make data-driven decisions quickly.
  • Compile documentation and review games.
  • Develop and review products with D&D to ensure new developments meet specs and strategic goals.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and solutions to meet changing market requirements.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to understand different markets for your product line.
  • Attend customer/venue visits, game reviews, offsites, and industry trade events.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably with slots and gaming jurisdictional knowledge.
  • Obsession with detail, logical and analytical capabilities.
  • A curious problem solver who loves diving into puzzles.
  • Passion for games and the product journey from concept to delivery.
  • Understanding of game production and art processes.
  • A driven self-starter with a reputation for getting things done.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence, and advocate.
  • Experience in understanding and communicating product vision.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements.
  • Ability to wear multiple ‘hats’ and work across creative and business teams.
  • Team-player who builds high-quality relationships and improves sustainability practices.
  • Familiarity with maths probability used in gaming.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Tableau, and other product management tools.
