In A Nutshell

As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how Lyssna’s products are positioned, understood, and adopted in the market. You’ll own messaging, positioning, competitive insights, go-to-market plans, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing — ultimately ensuring our products reach the right audiences and drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

Who We Are

Lyssna is a remote UX research platform that helps organisations deliver products that perfectly fit their customers’ needs. With Lyssna, teams can recruit participants, run research, and gain rapid, reliable insights to take the guesswork out of design decisions.

For over a decade, we’ve been championing human-centred design practices, partnering with companies big and small — including GoDaddy, Monday.com, Unilever, and Netflix — to help them create exceptional user experiences.

Lyssna embraces a remote and flexible work culture, with team members spread across the globe and a head office in Melbourne, Australia. Established in 2008, we’re a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS company with a focus on sustainable growth. We have a big future ahead, and we’re looking for talented people to join our team and help bring that vision to life.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You’re a strategic storyteller with a knack for translating complex products into clear, compelling narratives.
  • You have a min. 5 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, and love digging into customer insights, buyer journeys, and competitive landscapes.
  • You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
  • You’re equal parts strategic and hands-on — able to craft messaging frameworks, run GTM launches, and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, remote environment.

Picture Yourself In The Role

If you were here for this month, you would have:

  • Developed and launched messaging for a new product feature, collaborating with Product and Marketing to roll it out across the website, campaigns, and enablement materials.
  • Conducted competitor and buyer research to refine our positioning and arm Sales with updated battlecards and objection-handling guides.
  • Led a cross-functional GTM launch, creating campaign assets and sales enablement materials to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Built or optimised email nurture and onboarding flows to increase activation and retention.
  • Partnered with customer facing teams to surface a new customer story for advocacy and content.

Location

We’re a fully remote company and this role is open to candidates based in Australia (AEST).

Salary

At Lyssna, we use a fixed salary formula to ensure compensation is fair and transparent. All team members with the same title and location start on the same compensation, and have the opportunity for salary increases based on performance.

The base salary for this full-time position is $162,500 AUD + superannuation. We also offer ESOP.
