The Project Coordinator, a key part of our Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement team, is responsible for maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and reporting, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating project-related communication with internal stakeholders.
Occasional travel to operational sites may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project plans, dashboards, calendars, and SmartSheets
- Schedule project meetings and follow up on agreed actions with internal stakeholders
- Produce weekly and monthly operational and project reports for senior management
- Work with Central Data Processing and Accounts Payable to support JDE receipting processes
- Compile and analyse operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and operational initiatives
- Communicate project updates, changes, and progress to relevant internal stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining quality and safety standards, including ISO and HACCP requirements
- Provide administrative and systems support, including financial reporting and JDE processes
Qualifications
- Diploma in Project Management or similar tertiary qualification
Experience
- Experience producing operational or project reports
- Project planning using dashboards, calendars, and SmartSheets
- Experience with financial or data reporting tools, including Power BI or Power Apps
- Experience with catering, purchasing, or ERP systems; JDE experience preferred
- Experience within a complex operational environment
Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI and PowerApps
- JDE experience is very highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
