Project Manager – Platform Services Chapter

Platform Services Chapter is part of the Business Solutions Chapter Area which aim to develop the best people to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions that meet the needs of our staff, leaders and stakeholders, while giving our team members the work they love to do.

As a Project Manager, you'll deliver initiatives of different squads across different crews.

You'll engage with a range of stakeholder groups from other chapters and multiple Working with Agile Teams.

What you will do:

Manage complex orchestration activities required to support delivery of highly integrated solutions

Support prioritisation activities working with Crew and Domain roles to successfully achieve outcomes

Lead procuermentt and supplier on-boarding and manage ongoing vendor relationships

Coordination of resources outside of the crew

Provide additional support to Crew for delivery and governance activities as required (e.g. coordination of release qualification activities, adherence to frameworks and controls)

Support identification of risks/ issues where there are impacts to outcomes

We are interested in hearing from people who:

Are experienced Project Managers that have delivered multiple projects

Have experience making presentations to leadership teams on project status reports and impediments.

Are skilled influencers and negotiators.

Have experience in Agile framework and JIRA to track project status.

Have hands on experience with running Scrum ceremonies like huddles, backlog refinement, sprint planning and retro.

Have excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
