Profile Requirements:
- 5+ years of project or delivery management experience on enterprise technology programs, including 3+ years managing regulated financial services or payments delivery.
- Strong track record delivering under fixed-price, fixed-scope commercial constructs with formal KPI gating.
- Demonstrable use of agile iteration patterns (incubation, sprint, showcase, handover) beyond textbook Scrum — grounded in real delivery.
- Confident stakeholder operator at senior program level.
- Strong RAID, KPI reporting, and dependency management discipline; comfortable in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro.
Core responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution including incubation week, sprint delivery, and JSIT post-handover windows.
- Run iteration-level governance: planning, showcase, retrospective, risk review, and dependency tracking with LFS platform, security, and integration teams.
- Produce and publish weekly status reports and iteration KPI reports against the LFS KPI Framework (Appendix H), including defect trend, flow efficiency, and delivery uplift metrics.
- Manage the risk, issue, assumption, and dependency (RAID) log; escalate blockers early and drive to resolution with the LFS program team.
- Coordinate mobilisation: device provisioning via the LFS device partner, access provisioning across LFS environments, and security onboarding.
- Partner with the Tech Lead (Based in Melbourne Australia) on capacity, change control, and scope management; keep priced squad commitments transparent to LFS.
- Own the commercial cadence — iteration acceptance, invoicing, and change request management against the fixed-price schedule.
- Support the squad through JSIT, including defect triage coordination and warranty defect rectification planning.
- Chair cross-squad integration touchpoints where CPU Issuing depends on other LFS streams.
