A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager IT Infrastructure Portfolio.
A bit about your role
The Project Manager is fully accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, budget, and aligned to organisational objectives. The role leads cross‑functional teams, manages risks, resources, schedules, costs, and scope, and provides clear stakeholder communication and reporting. It requires developing business cases, maintaining baselined plans, proactively addressing issues, driving quality outcomes, and ensuring all project documentation is complete and accessible.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate has extensive IT project‑delivery experience in large matrix environments, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep capability in governance, risk, and change management. They bring solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, data centres, and cloud, are skilled in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, WBS development, estimating, financial management, and tools like MS Project and Confluence. PMP and PRINCE2 certifications are mandatory. They can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and consistently uphold nbn policies and safety requirements.
