An exciting opportunity is available for a Project Manager / Consultant to join our growing Project & Development Services team. Working across a diverse portfolio of capital works and fitout projects, you will support the delivery of projects across commercial, industrial, retail, education, defense and government sectors.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of projects including fitouts, refurbishments, building upgrades, maintenance programs and new developments, while working alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Job Description

Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position due to client and project requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of medium-scale projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, program and quality requirements.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to successfully coordinate project delivery while maintaining strong governance, communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from planning through to completion

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and reporting

  • Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers

  • Support procurement and contract administration activities

  • Monitor project performance, risks and compliance requirements

  • Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation

  • Manage stakeholder communication across clients and project teams

  • Support business development submissions and client presentations

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project reviews

About You
  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project management role within the construction or property industry

  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and project controls

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project

  • Working towards or holding industry qualifications such as AIPM, PMP, RICS or similar is highly regarded
