Job Description

  • Local data owner, responsible for data quality and completeness
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all global reporting on QA& QC & support function on admin part to R&D
  • Support Finance on the Global reporting initiative
  • Work on the BI & data dashboard for Sika Australia to ensure the efficiency being monitored
  • Back up solution for maintaining the register for Calibration for equipment
  • Support on data matrix as when requires from the management
  • Facilitate business solutions related to master data in actively preparing, planning and coordinating with involved parties.
  • Lead local Data management projects (pertaining QA/QC & R&D)
  • Support the data migration data collection, template preparation, price lists.
  • Execute data quality checks and corrections.
  • Responsible for first level support, coordinate data queries and solution finding at local level in collaboration with corporate functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an Inventory Management, Database management, IT or other clerical role that requires high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong process-driven approach.
  • SAP knowledge & BI are preferential
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
