Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (agency or in-house).
  • Experience managing full recruitment cycles — from job briefing to offer stage — preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and market research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability.
  • Proficient in using ATS or CRM systems (e.g. JobAdder, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, professional, and motivated, with a positive attitude and strong sense of initiative.

Core responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage job advertisements and ensure accurate, appealing job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of active and passive candidates.
  • Support client engagement activities by preparing shortlists, interview schedules, and status reports.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding recruitment progress, candidate feedback, and timelines.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and manage follow-ups between clients and candidates.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, recruitment reports, and placement documentation.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM with candidate records, job status, and interview outcomes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment activity reports.
  • Support compliance processes including background checks, documentation collection, and onboarding coordination.
