Who is Plenti?

Plenti is a fintech lender, providing faster, fairer loans by leveraging its smart technology. Plenti is a dynamic and innovative business that is growing strongly. By continuing to deliver better customer experiences, Plenti is taking market share from incumbent players in the personal lending, renewable energy, and automotive finance markets.

We are a fast moving and ambitious business that seeks to recruit smart and capable people, who can take ownership of their role to help the business thrive. With over 250 people based in Australia, Plenti is of a size where everyone can make a difference in their role and help us realise our very big ambitions as a team, as we go about building Australia’s best lender.

Plenti is a founder led business that launched in 2014, listed on the ASX since 2020 with annual revenue of over $250 million and a loan portfolio of over $2.5 billion.

About the role:
At Plenti, we’re on a mission to make lending faster, fairer, and simpler. As we continue to grow our Commercial Asset Finance business, we’re looking for a Relationship Manager to help drive performance and deepen our broker partnerships.

As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial asset finance brokers across your region. Your focus will be on increasing broker engagement, driving utilisation, and expanding Plenti’s share of wallet.

Working closely with a Business Development Manager, you’ll execute the regional sales strategy—identifying high-potential brokers, onboarding new partners, and optimising performance across the existing network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen relationships with active commercial asset finance brokers, driving increased utilisation and origination volumes
  • Implement targeted strategies to maximise Plenti’s share of wallet within the broker portfolio, ensuring brokers prioritise Plenti for their commercial asset needs
  • Work in conjunction with the BDM to identify and onboard high potential commercial brokers, ensuring a seamless integration and engagement as part of the state/territory sales strategy
  • Work collaboratively with your BDM to manage deal pipelines, ensuring brokers receive best-in-class service and that transactions progress smoothly through to settlement
  • Engage with internal teams, including credit, operations, and marketing to support brokers, resolve issues, and enhance the overall broker experience

About you:
You’re someone who enjoys building relationships and is keen to grow your career in commercial asset finance. You bring a foundational understanding of the industry and are eager to learn, develop, and make an impact. You’re proactive, organised, and comfortable working with others to get the best outcomes for brokers and customers. Most importantly, you’re motivated, curious, and ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
  • 2+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or with brokers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Ability to work independently while also integrating effectively into a team environment
  • Knowledge of financial lending products and/or credit risk underwriting is advantageous however, not essential

What's life like at Plenti?

Working at Plenti means joining a team that is high-performing, diverse, customer-focused and collaborative. It’s a place where everyone can “make it happen” and share in the results and success. If being in a dynamic industry as part of a market-leading fintech sounds like you, then join to help us reshape Australia’s financial eco-system for the good.

In return, you will enjoy a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship to take your career further. We offer flexible working and volunteer and study leave to develop your skills. We also have monthly social events, office snacks, company Townhalls and D&I initiatives and events to help you connect with your colleagues.

Plenti is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.

We encourage people from different backgrounds to apply, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people with disabilities. When you apply, let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process so we can accommodate you.
