Job Description
Responsible for supporting Payments & e-Commerce Sales Corporate team in Sao Paulo with client management, business performance, reporting and contract management, as well as other related activities.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate confirmation of daily deposits made to retail bank by Corporate clients
- Daily monitoring and tracking of deposit transactions utilizing internal and external systems
- Resolve and remediate discrepancies, customer inquiries, and ad-hoc requests
- Timely and accurate exception handing and customer communication
- Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve workflow
- Apply and update standard operating procedures
- Achieving contract service level agreements and expectations with regard to timeliness, accuracy and the overall quality of the results
- Support for sales team with strategic projects associated with management reports and presentations and business reviews
- Understanding the client's account structure, cash flow, and product usage
- Reviewing and analyzing data to identify key trends or risk issues and provide overall summary and actionable recommendations regarding volume fluctuations, data variances, etc
- Supporting product implementations/conversions working with internal and external clients
- Conducting pricing analysis and supporting the development of pricing strategy/recommendations
- Ensuring the maintenance of existing business through high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated and able to research, analyze, organize and prioritize work with guidance
- Experience with external customer, initiating communication to internal/external stakeholders preferred
- Strong desire and aptitude to learn and question current processes
- Demonstrates the ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
- Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and strong analytical and quantitative skill
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
