What this job involves:
Do you want to be part of Australia’s largest and most respected dedicated property research team? Do you want to produce market leading analysis on the New South Wales property sector for external clients and to help support JLL’s internal business requirements?
If this resonates with you, your key responsibilities would include:

  • Collating and analysing data for your designated property sector
  • Developing internal and external client relationships and becoming an expert in the markets you cover
  • Identifying investment themes and trends
  • Report writing for subscriber clients, as well as for public facing research papers
  • Assisting our external and internal clients with their additional enquiries and ad hoc research requirements

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

  • Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years industry experience
  • Training in, or knowledge of, the real estate sector is highly desirable but not essential
  • Qualifications in Economics, Finance or other analytical disciplines will be highly regarded
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent with Excel and other Microsoft packages and (Word, Powerpoint and particularly Excel)
  • Confident, positive, and well organised
  • Detail orientated with a good eye for accuracy, process and deadline driven as well as a multi-tasker
