About the Role

MSS Security is looking for a Rostering Coordinator (also known as Service Delivery Coordinators at MSS) where you will support a portfolio of clients to fulfil rosters, conduct and manage welfare calls, as well as provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders. Please note that this is a Day time opportunity with rostered shifts as below, with work across weekdays and weekends.

Training Week - 8am- 4pm

Week 1 – 05:30am to 1.30pm OR 6am to 2pm (based on portfolio)

Week 2 – 10am to 6pm

What does the role involve?

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Work as part of a team

  • Proven ability to cope under pressure

  • Think on your feet

  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications

  • Desirable – Background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering or similar.

About you

You are task driven and a self-motivated professional who is comfortable to handle service delivery under pressure and within time constraints.

We need

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering, administration, or contact centre

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional phone manner

  • Full Australian Working Rights

  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check

  • Willing to work from our Parramatta office for the first few weeks for training

  • Australian citizens as some of our clients are government clients
