The Program is designed to take place in a specific team within our Sales department. You can dive in below for more insights into the available positions within the department. We’ll ask you about your preferred area for your graduate program during the course of your application; however, we may recommend you for a different department.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Sales Graduate will develop the commercial foundations required for a successful career in FMCG Sales. Through structured learning, coaching and hands-on experience, the Graduate will support the Off Premise Sales team in delivering customer plans, commercial execution and business analysis across Australia's largest grocery retailers. This role provides exposure to customer management, commercial planning, category insights and cross-functional collaboration while building the capabilities required for long-term growth within the business.

Job Description

CUSTOMER AND COMMERCIAL SUPPORT

  • Support the delivery of Red Bull's customer growth strategy by partnering with National Account Managers to execute commercial plans across key retail customers.
  • Assist with customer meetings, promotional planning, business reviews, and day-to-day account support.
  • Build a strong understanding of customer priorities, commercial decision-making, and the wider sales strategy.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Category, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Field Sales to support successful execution of customer plans.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that support customer performance and improve internal ways of working.

DEVELOPMENT & SALES OPERATIONS

  • Take part in a structured graduate development program designed to build commercial capability, customer management skills, and leadership potential.
  • Support the delivery of day-to-day sales operations with a high level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Assist across reporting, forecasting, promotional administration, and customer support to ensure activities are delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Economics or Marketing, and you're able to work full time by January 2027.

You may have developed prior work experience through internships or other positions, and your pursuits are consistently driven by passion.

Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and data to support analysis and decision-making.

Well organised, with a strong attention to detail.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" attitude when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our Graduate Program in Australia, along with long-term working rights (permanent residency or AU/NZ citizenship).
