Base Salary $79,000 to $80,000 per annum

We now have a great opportunity for a Solution Sales Specialist within our Customer Success Team.

In this role, you will primarily analyse sales performance data to identify trends, evaluating pricing strategies and sales processes, and provide recommendations to improve our sales performance, operational efficiency and expand our business.

You will also manage and grow customer and partner relationships for assigned partner/ vendor working with the whole vendor team. You will be required to work across other vendors and partners as required.

You will be the point-of-contact for Vendor Sales and other sales teams and serve as an internal business partner to the other functional teams.

You will be an expert in the specifics of the vendor, technologies and customer portfolio you will be assigned to, as well as having a broad understanding of the product lines and business units within Tech Data. 

The key components of this role is to provide outstanding sales support and customer service to our customers and internal stakeholders through outbound and inbound telephone contact and other electronics means covering quotation and sales order processing for products, services and renewals.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, experience and knowledge:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field

  • Professional, high level English communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive and customer service orientation with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Experience with bills of materials, quoting and ERP systems (desirable).
