We have an opportunity for a Security Supervisor to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, providing support to Stockland Forster Town Centre, NSW

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.  

What You’ll Do  

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: 

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations 

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to review incidents, identify risk, educate and communicate relevant safety awareness

  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner 

  • Provide general assistance and maintain a visible, approachable presence 

  • Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues 

  • Maintain accurate records, follow procedures, and liaise with relevant services when required 

What You’ll Bring  

  • Certificate II (mandatory) or Certificate III in Security (desirable)

  • Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (mandatory)

  • Working with Children’s Check (mandatory)

  • 5+ years of work as a Security professional with a minimum of 2 years in a shopping centre environments

  • Sound knowledge of security alarm and management systems, monitoring CCTV, alarms, and access control systems 

  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and report-writing skills 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a good understanding of safety procedures
