Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll help deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to institutions within our national sporting network. You’ll be closely involved in the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment - under the guidance of senior consultants and delivery teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
- Assist in user testing, training, and deployment efforts
- Help create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Conduct competitor, product, or market research
- Attend internal and stakeholder meetings, taking structured notes
- Aid in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
Your Skills:
- Hands-on experience in sport, as a player, referee, or coach so you understand the game from the inside
- Strong interest in how technology enhances athlete and fan experiences
- Organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or Miro is a plus
