Your Team
Enterprise Delivery sits within CFS’s Transformation, Technology and Operations unit and is responsible for delivering projects across the organisation.
The team plays a key role in achieving CFS’s strategic priorities and overall business success.
These priorities include adviser and employer growth, direct customer engagement, partner expansion, and trusted advice and retirement solutions, alongside CX and technology transformation. The Senior Business Analyst reports to the Principal Business Analyst within Enterprise Delivery.
Your Responsibilities
Proactively plan and manage business insight activities across initiatives or streams.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement to understand needs, assess business problems/opportunities, and define structured requirements.
Frame problems clearly and present options, trade-offs, and recommendations to support judgement-making.
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, architecture, and regulatory requirements while constructively improving assumptions.
Influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment across priorities, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Assess impacts of change requests, manage risks and issues, and support change, training, and implementation to achieve desired outcomes.
Your Capability and Experience
Mandatory:
Strong experience within Super or Wealth
Skilled in core Business Analysis skills including requirements elicitation, story mapping, business process modelling, use case modelling, and non-functional requirements analysis.
Strong facilitation skills, including leading business process and requirements workshops and collaborating across business and technology teams.
Proven experience working in large, complex environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
Holds industry qualifications (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis.
Experienced in engaging and interacting effectively with senior management.
Desirable:
Experience with variety of Project life-cycle approaches including waterfall, iterative and agile, including techniques relevant to each
Experience in leveraging emerging tools (e.g. AI-assisted analysis) to improve delivery efficiency
