Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large, critical CIAM transformation program within a complex Telco environment. The program spans multiple delivery streams and is supported by Project Managers, requiring strong program-level governance, dependency management, and executive engagement.

 

This role is accountable for end-to-end program outcomes, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant Identification and Authentication capabilities that support customer experience, regulatory obligations, and business growth.

 

The Senior Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large, business-critical CIAM program, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and benefits. The role will provide oversight and direction across multiple delivery streams and Project Managers, ensuring strong governance, execution discipline, and delivery outcomes.

 

The role will drive the delivery of Identification and Authentication capabilities, working closely with security, architecture, and platform teams to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable within a Telco environment.

 

The Senior Program Manager will engage and influence senior stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point for risks and issues, and providing clear, concise reporting to executives and steering committees.

 

The role will manage complex dependencies, vendors, and program financials, while driving consistent delivery standards, continuous improvement, and a smooth transition into BAU.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager delivering large, complex, multi-stream programs.

  • Strong experience in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), Identity, Authentication, or related security domains.

  • Experience managing multiple Project Managers and large delivery teams.

  • Extensive experience in Telco or large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-risk, business-critical programs.

  • Experience working with vendors and systems integrators.

  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models.
