Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our close-knit Perth team. 

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant you will play a vital role in the success of the Perth Kairros team by managing a culturally and linguistically diverse caseload, in addition to drawing upon your extensive experience within the industry to continue to build current and establish prospective customer relationships.

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant will include:

  • Providing return to work services to assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable return to work outcomes
  • Maintaining a customer focus at all times, building on established relationships and exploring new customer opportunities 
  • Assisting with developing team members’ knowledge of RTW framework and consultancy best practice
  • Assisting with the onboarding and development of new team members and students
  • Attending critical case reviews (CCRs) with key stakeholders 
  • Representing Kairros at public forums and events as required

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy
  • Prior experience in an occupational rehabilitation role
  • Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivation to consistently provide a high level of customer service and build customer relationships
  • A high level of time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
