The Role 🥳
We’re hiring for multiple Senior Software Engineers to join our growing product teams in Sydney. This is your chance to take ownership of complex projects, gain exposure to modern technologies across the entire stack, mentor other engineers, and make a meaningful impact on a category-defining product.
Each team is tackling a unique frontier in the AI workforce, from empowering individual business users to build agents to scaling enterprise-ready AI workforces used by customers with thousands of employees globally.

Your Impact 💥
Design, build, and deliver features across the entire stack from elegant, performant frontends to scalable, reliable backend systems and cloud infrastructure.
Take ownership of complex, mission-critical projects, delivering impactful features within your first month and guiding them from ideation to production.
Push the boundaries of AI capabilities, designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for customers.
Play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture, processes, and how we work as we scale.
Mentor and coach engineers of all levels, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment and helping others grow their technical and professional skills.
Set and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability, and ensure these standards are adopted across the team.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to align technical direction with business goals and drive the company’s success.

What We’re Looking For 🧠
4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
Strong expertise in our tech stack or a proven ability to quickly master new technologies.
Thrive in dynamic, high-performance start up settings and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking initiative.
Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, solve complex problems, and consistently deliver high-quality, impactful results.
Deep interest in artificial intelligence and excitement to build innovative, category-defining products.
Regularly leverage AI tools and technologies in your workflow, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements to boost productivity and innovation.
Bonus Points if You Have Any Of The Following ⭐
Experience designing systems for real-world users or enterprise environments.
Contributed to open-source projects (show us your GitHub!).
Knowledge of AI workflows, LLMs, or agent-based systems.
Experience with any of the following technologies:
