What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, from intake and role calibration to sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding.
- Own recruitment for Australia and New Zealand markets independently, including local market calibration and stakeholder management.
- Write compelling, on-brand job adverts and craft market-informed talent strategies driven by data and insights.
- Conduct experienced-level candidate sourcing and screening, lead strategic intake meetings, and coordinate efficient, fair interview processes.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on role requirements and timelines.
- Negotiate offers, manage closing processes, and guide onboarding to secure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment technology stack (with Eightfold as a core platform, alongside SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and video interviewing tools) to maximize talent matching, pipeline development, and data integrity.
- Analyze recruitment data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and provide market insights to the business.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring diverse talent pools and equitable opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business on market trends, talent availability, and competitive offerings.
What you'll bring:
- Senior-level TA/Recruiter experience (Senior TAP level or equivalent) with the ability to independently lead end-to-end recruitment for Australia and New Zealand.
- Proven track record In-house HR/recruitment experience within a scaled international company, demonstrating the ability to operate in complex, global environments.
- Proven track record filling high-complexity and technology-focused roles across multiple markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with evidence of high accountability, perseverance, and ownership over hiring outcomes.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and tools effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset, commitment to continuous learning and professional development, and a strong focus on exceptional candidate experience.
