Ensures scalability, security, performance, and resilience while leading architecture reviews and technical governance. Collaborates with business, architecture, and delivery teams throughout the SDLC. Requires strong Java, Spring, cloud, containerization, database, CI/CD, API security, IBM FileNet, and SmartCOMM expertise.
