Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a strategic plan for targeting key companies and projects in each design area.
  • Provide technical support and specifications to key specifiers.
  • Actively seek and secure high-value specification projects.
  • Deliver professional presentations on Sika products and solutions to key consultants.
  • Maintain a product sample kit for use in meetings.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities to specifiers.
  • Provide technical solutions based on Sika product combinations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and attend regular meetings.
  • Manage and update project specifications in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with the sales team to support the sales process.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database.
  • Attend industry events and conferences.
  • Achieve set KPIs related to presentations, project progress, and sales potential.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical specifications
  • Understanding of the building and construction industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong teamwork and people management skills
  • Sales and commercial acumen
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and commercially aware
  • Well-presented, articulate, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Strong technical and administrative skills
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in account management
  • Sales territory and market management
