The Role

This is a rare opportunity to take a leading role in Stryker’s Visualisation business in Sydney, home to our next-generation 1788 surgical camera platform and a suite of additional market-leading products including monitors, scopes and software that elevate surgical decision-making.

You'll have the opportunity to grow and shape a well-established Western Sydney & South Coast territory, building trusted partnerships across key hospitals while working alongside a collaborative, high-performing team that is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for patients.

What you'll do

Deliver and grow: Achieve territory revenue, market share and product mix objectives through thoughtful planning and execution.

Build trusted partnerships across the hospital ecosystem: Be the trusted advisor for surgeons, executives and nursing teams; provide in-theatre support and product expertise that elevates the surgical experience.

Collaborate internally: Partner with Clinical, Marketing, Service and adjacent Stryker divisions to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

Solve commercially: Build tailored solutions (including financing options) that unlock customer value and accelerate adoption.

What you'll bring

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets in competitive markets.

  • Sharp commercial acumen and comfort with numbers; forecasts, funnels, and territory models.

  • Influence and communication skills across the hospital stakeholder map (clinicians to C-suite).

  • Confident negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to structure win-win proposals

Preferred

  • Medical Device, Pharma, Scientific or broader health sales experience.

  • Understanding of Australia’s public and private hospital dynamics.
