What You Will Do- Lead the design, development, and delivery of clinical education programs for healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality product and procedural training.
- Collaborate with clinical experts and key opinion leaders to create evidence‑based educational content and materials.
- Evaluate and enhance education program performance using defined metrics, recommending improvements based on data and customer feedback.
- Manage coordination and execution of in‑person and virtual courses, workshops, and seminars.
- Analyze competitive trends and clinical insights to inform program strategy and content direction.
- Build and maintain a network of clinical advisors and training partners to support ongoing program development.
- Gather and integrate Voice of Customer insights to refine training solutions and identify new opportunities for investment.
- Allocate resources and manage partnerships to ensure effective, scalable delivery of medical education initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
- MBA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices or medical education.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise in clinical education and product training.
- Work arrangement: On‑site or hybrid, aligned to business needs.
- Travel: May require domestic travel for course delivery, site visits, and partnership meetings.
