We're seeking a dynamic Treasury Professional to manage critical financial operations across our Asia Pacific markets (Australia, New Zealand, Korea, and Japan). This is your chance to drive treasury strategy for a global real estate powerhouse while building expertise across diverse markets.
What You'll Do.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management
Optimise funding and repatriation across APAC markets
Develop accurate cash flow forecasting with cross-functional teams
Manage cross-border intercompany positions and daily treasury operations
Execute treasury wire transfers and FX transactions
Financial Risk Management
Implement strategies to minimize FX and financial performance risks
Ensure regulatory compliance across all markets
Execute FX trades using trading platforms and banking systems
Manage cash investments within policy guidelines
Banking Partnership Excellence
Build strategic relationships with banking partners across APAC
Negotiate optimal terms, pricing, and service agreements
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and banking innovations
Lead global initiatives including Treasury Management System implementation
Treasury Operations & Innovation
Streamline bank account management and signatory processes
Partner with Legal, Tax, Procurement, and Business Finance teams
Drive process optimization and automation initiatives
Support M&A and restructuring activities
Ensure policy adherence and payment security
Strategic Reporting & Analysis
Deliver insights through regular and ad-hoc financial reports
Present recommendations to regional and global leadership
Support decision-making with data-driven analysis
What You'll Bring.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Treasury management experience in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea
Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management, and regional banking
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Cross-cultural collaboration skills and attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills
Preferred:
MBA or CTP certification
Kyriba experience
Foreign currency trading platform experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
