To make this happen, you will:

  • Design end-to-end user experience and interfaces that balance user needs and business goals.
  • Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to simplify complex workflows and systems.
  • Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and impactful.
  • Conduct or support user research, user testing and feedback sessions to refine designs.
  • Work within and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency across the product.
  • Participate in design critiques and workshops, sharing feedback and collaborating with peers.
  • Take ownership of user experience and product features, from discovery through to delivery.

What you'll bring

  • 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of digital product work.
  • Ability to design clear, effective user flows and interfaces.
  • Experience designing for enterprise software or complex digital systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: able to untangle complexity and propose scalable solutions.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, accessibility, and usability principles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with prototyping.
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain design decisions to team members clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset: comfortable working with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and initiative to grow your product strategy skills while taking ownership of design outcomes.
