What you'll be doing
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate, economical repair methods
- Oversee the repair process for our self-insured vehicle fleet
- Conduct assessments across multiple channels
- Prepare detailed assessment reports in line with claims protocols
- Negotiate repair scopes and costs with network repairers
- Manage rectification processes and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support broader business goals
- Monitor repair timelines to improve vehicle availability and utilisation
What you’ll bring
- Trade-qualified in the motor repair industry (minimum 3+ years)
- Experience with Panel Beating or Spray Painting (advantageous)
- Prior assessing experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the motor body repair industry
- A commitment to high-quality customer service
- Confident computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Comfortable commuting and working in one of our offices or hubs along the East Coast
