About the Role 

JLL is seeking a Part-Time Workplace Coordinator to work onsite with our FCDO government contract in Sydney CBD. This role provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to enable effective facility management service delivery across both commercial and residential properties.
This is Part-Time role to provide maternity leave cover until Feb 2027. It will be 18.75 hours, across three days.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service while managing vendor performance and financial processes

  • Support residential property administration including maintenance coordination and compliance testing

  • Coordinate staff service requests and maintain electronic property records

  • Assist with safety compliance audits, incident reporting, and established procedures

  • Oversee site operations including contractor escorting and cleanliness management
     

Skills Required for This Role:

  • Proven ability to work effectively with others and provide strong team support to meet targets 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact easily with clients, staff and vendors 

  • Experience managing multiple complex operational matters with strong prioritisation and task management abilities 

  • Experience in administrative support functions including procurement, vendor coordination, and health and safety compliance
