Serves as the technical authority for Chubb’s ANZ data transformation. Establishes AI-ready data architecture, develops AI-infused data engineering frameworks, defines data platform architecture, and leads large-scale data product design for analytics, AI, and ML. Connects business leaders with distributed engineering teams, translates business needs into technical direction, mentors engineers, and drives standards for delivery velocity, platform trust, transparency, and production readiness.

Leads day-to-day Accounts Receivable and credit control activities across Australia and New Zealand. Oversees collections, cash allocation, reconciliations, debtor balances, query resolution, KPI monitoring, and financial reporting. Provides coaching and escalation support to team members, partners with Operations to resolve issues, and supports process improvements, system testing, access management, onboarding, training, and leave coverage. Produces reporting on overdue premiums, unallocated cash, bad debts, forecasting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, reporting, expense processing, filing, and deadline tracking. The role manages confidential information, supports senior leaders, coordinates stakeholder engagements, responds to enquiries, and maintains efficient office operations while exercising discretion, initiative, and sound judgment.

Handle high-profile, technical, and complex Financial Lines claims from initial report through final disposition. Investigate claims, assess coverage and liability, set reserves, document files, manage litigation and external vendors, and coordinate with brokers, insureds, counsel, and internal teams. Apply sound judgment, regulatory and privacy requirements, compliance standards, and strong stakeholder communication to deliver effective claims outcomes and market-leading service.

Manage a portfolio of financial lines insurance claims by investigating losses, assessing coverage and liability, setting reserves, controlling litigation and vendors, documenting developments, negotiating resolutions, and ensuring compliance with insurance legislation and regulations. The role involves communication with clients, brokers, underwriters, counsel, claim representatives, and other stakeholders, while delivering timely, high-quality claims outcomes and supporting branch marketing efforts.

Manage a portfolio of liability and financial lines claims: investigate losses, determine coverage, establish reserves, negotiate settlements, document file activity, pursue subrogation, control vendors, and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
