Lead FP&A for Australia and New Zealand, driving budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modelling. Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Distribution to inform strategic decisions, support transformation projects, prepare executive and board materials, and lead and develop the FP&A team to strengthen finance business partnering.

Manage day-to-day compliance framework for Australia and New Zealand: handle incidents and breaches, coordinate regulator reporting, provide compliance advice, support risk assessments, assurance reviews, controls, training, and continuous improvement to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.

Lead FP&A for ANZ Commercial and Consumer P&C businesses: partner with product and finance leaders, own budgeting/forecasting, deliver BI-enabled analytics, ensure US/local GAAP compliance, manage a small finance team, and drive process improvement and automation to support strategic decision-making and growth.

Evaluate, accept or decline HNW motor insurance risks for high-performance vehicles, manage portfolio profitability, provide technical underwriting leadership, liaise with brokers, collaborate with actuarial/claims teams, maintain documentation and SLAs, and contribute to underwriting guidelines and process improvements.

The Motor Claims Specialist manages high-end vehicle insurance claims, ensuring accurate assessments, effective investigation, compliance with policies, and collaboration with industry partners, while mentoring team members.
